Performance Coach

Kirsty MacAndrew – Holistic Health & Peak Performance Coach.

Kirsty combines great skill and passion to help our clients make and sustain lifestyle changes to transform both their health and quality of life.

Drawing on her professional background as a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Personal Fitness Trainer, Reiki and Pranic Healer she helps her clients get to the root cause of their unhealthy patterns, make instant shifts and build new, more empowering habits into their lives.

Whatever their goal, Kirsty’s clients have found they experience positive effects in all areas of their lives as their awareness, confidence and sense of well being grows.

The central principle of Kirsty’s work is balance. And it’s through personal experience that she understood its importance. Following 10 years competing internationally as a member of the Great Britain Synchronised Swimming Team, and being in peak condition, she suffered from years of debilitating chronic fatigue and then cancer.

Numerous unhealthy habits – mental and physical – had robbed her vital energy and depleted her immunity. By learning how to engage her mind, body and spirit to bring herself back into balance – internally and within her life – she made a fully recovery.

Kirsty now uses the same physical, mental, emotional and spiritual approach to help our clients overcome their dis-ease and to learn how to live with vitality.

Other qualifications include: BSc (Hons) Physiology and MSc Exercise and Health Science.

Spiritual Coach

Vineet – Sober Yoga Master & Meditation Coach.

Vineet has positively helped the lives of hundreds of people through her natural ability to teach yoga and bring about wellness through nutrition.

Yoga has been a strong influence in her life ever since childhood in Mumbai, India; so offering her gift professionally just seemed the next right thing to do. She has experienced the benefits of yoga and meditation firstly within her own family homes, in India and England, and then also in parallel through school and college. But it was when she was working in the corporate environment that she experienced first hand just how much stress can affect us physically, mentally and emotionally. She even experienced similar levels of stress once she had settled in London and was working in a more relaxed IT based corporate environment. As she experienced stress related problems both for herself and amongst other members of staff that she began experimenting with her techniques on everyone who cared to try. And the results were terrific. Where she had been feeling very disconnected, she began to feel relaxed and in harmony with her environment. Then as she witnessed those around her who were also suffering turn to various addictions to cope with their stress, she began assisting them back out of their troubled minds and bodies. She even noticed the potential for an addictive personality in many of the people she worked with, even though they may not have even been aware of it themselves.

But it was during a visit to the Yoga community in New Mexico, USA, where she met so many more people who had been severely affected by stress, addiction and depression, and who had then turned their lives around through living a healthy yogic lifestyle, whilst helping thousands along the way, that she knew she had found her real calling. These everyday people that she met now had families, a spiritual lifestyle, were running successful holistic businesses and had a deep meaningful connetion to life. She realised that this was her own healing process in life – to teach kundalini yoga. When she returned home to London she started her professional training as a Kundalini Yoga instructor at the Kriya Centre in North London. Since then she has attended and hosted countless workshops and further trainings like the study of Natural Nutrition at Regents College.

Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, she utilizes and harnesses the energy we all have to reach our inner potential. She also connects a healthy balanced diet into her programmes, so that people can enjoy a fully balanced lifestyle.

Her experience in teaching in elderly care homes, retreats, NHS health centers and medical centers has strengthened her faith in the teachings. But it is her experience teaching addicts and alcoholics at the ASCA Addiction Centre in Richmond where she has truly learned to use her natural Yoga classes to the benefit of the afflicted. Her yoga class became the core of their programme. Most of them had never heard or tried yoga, while others had attended few classes. She brings the class into equilibrium by tuning in at the start. She explains every exercise and the benefits along the way. The meditations at the end is where the individual revels and basks in their inner peace as their body and spirit relax after their yoga workout.
She teaches with such radiance, vibrancy and connection, that her lessons are both easily communicable and greatly enjoyable, whilst enjoying her clients’ development physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Vineet enjoys the energy she receives from her early morning daily practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, and she loves sharing this in her classes to inspire everyone to follow their heart and enjoy whatever they do.
